Leah • Founder, Board Member
Leah is the founder and creator of AAYP. She attended Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia with All Yoga in Jan. 2020. After embarking on her own healing journey with Yoga and wellness, she decided it needed to be shared with everyone to help them awaken their own truth and discover their path to true healing.

Michael is the man behind the scenes. He serves on the board of AAYP as our treasurer. He feels a strong calling to serve his community; He has over a decade of leadership & coaching experience; he is currently writing a book and plans to assist others on their mind, body, and soul journey by sharing what he's learned through his own experiences.

Marketing & Psychology Advisor
Cheyenna helped Leah, our Founder, develop the idea that you now know as Asana Awakening Yoga Project. Not only does she have 10 years experience in sales & marketing, but also holds a Degree in Psychology. She has always felt a deep calling to serve others. Her philosophy for AAYP is we're "just real people, doing good things".

Jessica • Reiki Advisor, Board Member
Jessica is the owner & creator of The Sharing Spaces, a holistic healing collective with the mission of encouraging others to lovingly nourish their minds, bodies, and souls. She is deeply committed to serving our community through Reiki, holistic health & wellness coaching, breathwork, and mindfulness experiences. She was also inspired through her own healing journey to help others do the same. She continues to give back and share her gifts with AAYP to manifest her vision of a healthy, happy, and healing world.
